Mr Anandram Sarda, Founder & CEO
The firm was founded by CA Anandram Sarda, a dedicated professional with extensive experience and exposure for more than two decades. He has continuously been practising as a Chartered Accountant since he qualified in May 2002, a testament to his unwavering commitment to the profession.
He passed all the levels of Indian Chartered Accountancy examinations on the first attempt and in one sitting, within the period of article training (3 years of internship).
He is a fellow member (FCA) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
He completed a Post-Qualification Course in Diploma on Management and Business Finance (DMBF) from ICAI in 2022.
He is a qualified England Chartered Accountant and has been a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW), UK, since May 2023.
He is also a qualified Australian Certified Practicing Accountant and has been a member of CPA, Australia, since June 2024.
He was acted as a partner in M/s R G Sarda & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad, for more than nine years from 2002 to 2012. He then transitioned to establish this firm.
He has undergone article training in M/s Lovelock & Lewes, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad (a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers in India) from 1999 to 2002.
His attributes, including being presentable, communicative, and possessing strong interpersonal skills, make him a pragmatic, dedicated, and enthusiastic professional. These qualities ensure a comfortable and productive working relationship.
Ms Ashwini Soni, COO
She is a qualified Indian Chartered Accountant and has been a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since May 2014.
In July 2017, she completed a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) [equivalent to CISA] conducted by ICAI, showcasing expertise in finance and technology.
She was a Partner in a well-known Chartered Accountancy firm in Raipur for five years till mid-2019 before joining our firm.
She has been associated with the firm since 2019 and currently serves as COO. Her strong leadership skills and effective management style inspire confidence in her ability to lead and manage effectively.
With a career spanning over a decade, she acted as a Virtual Chief Financial Officer (vCFO) for a diverse range of clientele, showcasing her versatility and adaptability.
She possesses a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in auditing, company law, and tax, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with statutory laws. Her expertise is a solid foundation for instilling confidence in any professional setting.
Her attributes, including her charming and soft-spoken nature, along with her strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, unwavering commitment, and laser-like focus, will reassure any professional or business-related audience of her dedication to the task at hand.
